Ingredients
- 1.5-2 ounces La Caza Repo tequila
- .5 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 shot espresso
- .5 ounce demerara syrup
- Garnish: 3 espresso beans
Directions
- Pre-chill your martini glass in the freezer or by filling the glass with ice and water.
- Pull a fresh, hot shot of espresso from your espresso machine.
- In a shaker combine all the ingredients and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds to foam. Double strain with a mini sieve to prevent ice chunks in your martini.
- Garnish with three coffee beans or grated chocolate.
Pro Tip #1: Dry shake [without ice] as well to aerate the cocktail and create even better foam!
Pro Tip #2: No espresso? Cold brew concentrate works as a last-resort substitution.
