The Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces La Caza Blanco tequila
- 1 ounce berry + mint simple syrup puree
- .5 ounce lemon
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish: blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the glass with ice and stir well.
- Garnish with a blueberry/raspberry/blackberry skewer.
Berry & Mint Puree
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup hot water
- 0.75 cups turbinado sugar
- Handful of mint leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend and strain.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Pro Tip: Add an ounce or two of vodka to make the syrup last longer.
