The Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces La Caza Blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce berry + mint simple syrup puree
  • .5 ounce lemon
  • Top with sparkling water
  • Garnish: blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the glass with ice and stir well.
  2. Garnish with a blueberry/raspberry/blackberry skewer.

Berry & Mint Puree

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.75 cups turbinado sugar
  • Handful of mint leaves

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend and strain.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Pro Tip: Add an ounce or two of vodka to make the syrup last longer.
